• Process Payroll in a payroll software system.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and pay rate changes.
• Keep detailed documentation of changes and corrections to Payroll or employee files.
• Facilitate Audits by providing records and documentation to the auditors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain employee records.

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience with Human Resources Information System preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  - Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Applicants must have reliable transportation.
