Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist / Talent Management
This position will support the various functions within the Human Resources Department with various project work which could include projects associated with Recruitment, Retention, Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and/or HRIS.
Minimum Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Industrial Relations program or other Human Resources related MS program through an accredited college or university or currently enrolled in an undergraduate HR related course of study.
- Tracks progress, deadlines, and priorities of all assigned projects.
- Works cooperatively and proactively with other team members.
- Completes assigned projects and tasks in a timely, accurate, high quality manner.
- Maintains appropriate department records and files.
- Extended periods of sitting.
- Extended periods of computer usage.
- Standard, high volume office environment.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment and software.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
- Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.
- Must have the ability to exercise initiative and work independently.
