Location: Northern
Guaranty Bank & Trust is seeking an HR Generalist I to provide administrative support across HR functions, including benefits, LOA, recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR systems administration.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build a strong HR foundation while developing expertise across multiple HR disciplines. This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position at one of our Texas locations.
