Position Overview
Power your future with Qualus in our Talent Acquisition department as a Campus Recruitermanagingthe first stage ofthe university recruiting process. This role is a critical member of a high-performing team thatis responsible for powering the future of Qualus.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates,and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Responsible for leading enterprise university program to include maintaining and expanding current partnerships.
- Responsible for expanding university partnerships in strategic markets
- Partner with university career centers and professors to source top talent.
- Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate all university job fairs, hiring event, employer events, etc.
- Responsible for managing event materials in partnership with internal marketing team.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g.Linked Inand Indeed ).
- Craft and send recruiting emails.
- Manage event travel coordination for talent acquisition team
- Partner with internal stakeholders with planning and staffing needs for Qualus Bootcamps.
- Participate in development of intern programs throughout the organization.
- Coordinate withthe talentacquisitionteamtodetermine position requirements.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g.Boolean search).
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Providetalentinsightandfeedbackon market conditionstobuildarecruitingstrategy
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providingorganizationinformation, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations;maintaining rapport.
- Ask for referrals from external networks
- Promote ourtalent and employer brand online and offline
- Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking Systemand talent community
- Communicate with past applicantsregardingnew job opportunities
- 2-4 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated team player; self-starter
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and complete critical tasks with a sense of urgency
