Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
  • Develop training and professional development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
