Datadot Software Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market and be comfortable working with US‑based hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Source and identify qualified IT professionals for US‑based requirements.
- Use Linked In, job boards, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels to find candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand job requirements and match candidates to suitable opportunities.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends and market requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Minimum 1+ year of hands‑on US IT Recruiting experience
. - Must be currently based in the USA
. - Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical/IT positions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance environment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Linked In and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience with US IT staffing companies or recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of technical roles such as Software Developer, QA, Dev Ops, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and related positions.
- Existing candidate network within the US IT market.
