Location: Northern
Job Description:
We are hiring an SAP HCM Consultant to support HR processes, payroll, and organizational management within SAP ECC or Success Factors hybrid environments.
Responsibilities:- Configure and support SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll.
- Collaborate with HR teams to analyze business needs and propose solutions.
- Manage interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party HR systems.
- Prepare functional specifications and test scripts.
- Conduct user training and post-go-live support.
- 4+ years of SAP HCM implementation/support experience.
- Experience with Payroll (any country-specific version).
- Knowledge of integration with Success Factors and Fiori is a plus.
