The Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to work hybrid from our Telford, PA office.

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards Responsible for implementing, managing, and assisting in the design of the North America business’ benefits, compensation, incentive programs, recognition programs, and perks. Provides executive leaders and managers with information about industry trends and other information related to the attracting and retaining talent, while bearing in mind costs and wellbeing of workforce.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the retirement, health and welfare, and incentive recognition programs for employees in the North America Region, and executive compensation programs for executives and senior managers. Includes working with plan administration brokers to ensure the proper and efficient day-to-day administration of the plans. Also includes, but is not limited to, oversight of plan audits, filing of annual return/reports (Forms 5500), addressing questions and providing guidance to employees, and leading health and welfare plan open enrollment.

    Ensure continued maintenance of all plan documents and reports, including distribution of summary plan descriptions and summary annual reports to employees and, to the extent required to government agencies.
  • In coordination with third-party providers, as applicable, supervise the various leave programs including leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), short term disability, long-term disability, and parental leave.
  • Oversee the direct report(s) responsible for the execution and administration of compensation programs, including market benchmarking, job description maintenance and evaluation, compensation determinations, annual performance review and merit process, bonus and award programs, compensation, modeling, and analysis.
  • Advise and assist Compensation Committee in assuring competitive pay practices consistent with industry standards and advise on matters relating to the commission plan and its documentation. Carries out the direction of the Compensation Committee.
  • Advise and assist the Benefit Committee to ensure a benefit package that is competitive and cost effective for the Company as well as compliant with all relevant laws. Bring forward to the committee with recommendations any benefit claim disputes.
  • Maintains, brings for management review, and ensures needed renewals or changes in vendor contracts. Track budget for Total Rewards Program, working closely with CFO and payroll.
  • Lead and coach direct reports, educate employees, communicate regularly with third party providers, partner with payroll team and all carriers and vendors to ensure smooth operation of all compensation and benefits matters.
  • Keep Compensation Committee, Benefits Committee, executive team, and senior managers advised of all developments in compensation and benefits.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline:
    Masters preferred
  • 8+ years of combined experience in areas of benefits and compensation
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience at a manager level with one or more direct reports.
  • Experience in self-insured benefits plans and 401K plans.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, SAP, ADP preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and lead projects
  • Ability to work effectively in a shared services environment as a leader and team player.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to provide recommendations to Executive Team
