The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Team in the areas of pre-employment screening, employee onboarding, employee position changes, employee separation, HRIS data management, and employee recordkeeping.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate screening and onboarding activities for new hires and internal transfers.
- Oversee employee onboarding process.
- Manage employee position transfers and changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, information and documentation in HRIS.
- Support employment separation process.
- Provide administrative backup to Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Documentation, and other HR functions as needed.
- Help monitor Human Resources inboxes to uphold communication
- Maintain high level of knowledge of all HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

The preferred candidate will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, and dedication to finding solutions in a timely and efficient manner. The individual in this position will support the Company’s efforts to achieve effective hiring and employee integration. The individual must respond in a timely manner to inquiries from supervisors and managers and work well with the entire HR team. Important qualifications also include attention to detail, regular/predictable attendance, and a sensitivity to confidentiality.,
Essential Job Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of personnel administration, human resources, organizational development or related field.
- One to three years of experience working in personnel or human resources administration.
- Experience with HRIS, preferably UKG is a plus.
- Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
