We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor
to business leaders across multiple locations and functions

Salary Range:$105,000 – $115,000 annually
Annual Bonus Eligibility: 10% of base

What You'll Do Strategic Business Partnership- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Help build scalable HR processes and programs that support organizational growth.
- Lead and execute cross-functional HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement projects.
- Manage projects from planning through implementation while driving stakeholder alignment and measurable results.
- Support change management efforts related to business growth, operational improvements, and organizational transformation.
- Partner with leaders to integrate acquired businesses and standardize people practices where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Influence decisions through data, insight, business acumen, and sound judgment.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
- Support leaders in meeting employee management and leadership expectations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
- Partner with managers to address employee issues fairly, consistently, and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution efforts.
- Ensure HR programs and practices align with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Identify capability gaps and partner with leaders on development strategies and solutions.
- Support onboarding, manager development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Help strengthen a culture that balances accountability, agility, collaboration, and high performance.
