The HR Generalist provides broad support across key areas of Human Resources operations, ensuring consistent execution of HR processes and excellent employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, focusing on core HR functions such as onboarding, benefits coordination, data management, compliance, reporting, and policy support. While this position interacts regularly with employees and managers, it does not serve a specific client group.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in HR operations and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- HR Operations & Administration Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data, policies, and general HR processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Partner with HRIS to support process improvements and audit. Generate, track, and interpret HR reports and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to HR leadership.
- Monthly invoice approvals and coding for internal processing.
- Onboarding, Orientation, and Offboarding Coordinate the full onboarding process, including system setup, benefits enrollment, and facilitation of New Employee Orientation (NEO). Partner with payroll, benefits, and hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees. Manage offboarding activities, including benefits reconciliation, documentation, and exit logistics.
- Benefits & Leave Administration Support benefits-related tasks such as open enrollment, new hire benefit selection and data reporting. Coordinate leave of absence requests in collaboration with payroll and benefits partners, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
