Support recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, employee relations, and payroll accuracy for a growing behavioral health team.
Responsibilities:- Own recruiting steps from interview coordination through onboarding and training support.
- Conduct background and reference checks for candidates.
- Complete new-hire paperwork and keep employee files current.
- Support credentialing and new employee enrollment.
- Assist with payroll processing and accurate record keeping.
- Support employee relations, engagement events, and day-to-day HR administration.
- One to two years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Work location:
In person in Salem, Utah.
Schedule:
Full‑time.
