Head of Talent Acquisition

Our client – Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid)

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 base + bonus + competitive benefits package

• Our client is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our internal recruiting function and scale hiring across our rapidly growing national ABA therapy organization. You will manage the Talent Acquisition team, own full-cycle recruiting strategy, and drive talent strategies that support our mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children with autism.

• Lead and develop the internal Talent Acquisition team, providing coaching, performance management, and strategic direction.
• Design and execute scalable recruiting strategies to attract top clinical (BCBA, RBT), operations, and support talent across multiple states.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, candidate experience, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines.
• Implement data-driven recruitment practices, metrics, and tools to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
