Description
Riverside manufacturer is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team as a replacement for the current employee who is preparing for retirement! Position will be responsible for all phases of the HR lifecycle to include recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, retirement, employee relations, accident/insurance claims, employee separations, exit interviews, representing organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Position RequiresAssociate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual will have knowledge of automated time tracking systems (i.e. ADP), as well as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
