lney Theatre Center seeks an experienced and collaborative Human Resources & Finance Manager to play a vital role in supporting the people, operations, and financial infrastructure that power a busy regional theatre and bring its mission to life. Position Summary

The Human Resources & Finance Manager is a key role within the Administration and Finance Department, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborating closely with the Director of Finance and General Manager. This position oversees human resources, accounting support, and administrative operations to advance the organization’s mission and ensure operational efficiency.

The Human Resources & Finance Manager leads all aspects of human resources, including compliance with federal and state regulations, HR policy development, recruitment and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and professional development. The role works closely with leadership to align HR practices with the organization’s mission, culture, and strategic goals.

The salary for this position begins at $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, Exempt position in accordance with the Fair Labor and Standards Act.
