Recruitment Sourcing Specialist - Home Care

* Core Responsibilities:

*** Collaborate with leadership to support positive workplace culture, recognition, and communication efforts
* Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
** Ensure compliance with labor laws, union contracts, and licensing/certification standards
* Monitor regulatory changes and support policy and practice updates
* Strategic HR Partnership
** Support leadership in workforce planning and align recruitment with operational needs
* Identify hiring and retention trends; propose actionable improvements
* Strengthen SOPs, onboarding materials, and tracking systems to improve efficiency
* Serve as an HR advisor to divisional leadership, contributing to human capital strategy and organizational development
*
* Qualifications:

*** 3–5 years of experience in home care or high-volume healthcare recruitment (or other equivalent experience)
* Experience in HR or employee relations, ideally in unionized and/or regulated environments
* Supervisory experience supporting or managing recruiters
* Familiarity with Guardian and HCA registration processes preferred
* Experience mentoring or managing recruiters preferred
* Proficiency with Workday or a comparable HRIS/ATS
* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
* Ability to travel within the Bay Area and Northern California (on-site 3x/week at various locations), with potential for occasional overnight travel depending on operational needs
