This position requires a proactive individual who can operate independently while also collaborating with team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Provide outstanding level of customer service to our colleagues and leaders, promoting and encouraging a positive work environment
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
* Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization’s goals.
* Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
* Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices are in line with legal requirements.
* Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
