We are looking for a relationship-builder who can seamlessly balance candidate experience and hiring manager expectations, all while juggling multiple open roles.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and welcoming new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to nail down exact role requirements and expectations.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline.
• Get creative on social media and hiring platforms to source diverse and qualified applicant pools.
• Keep the recruitment process organized, legally compliant, and aligned with company values.
• Use your bilingual skills daily to communicate effortlessly with candidates and team members.

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably bilingual recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
