Role Overview We are looking for a Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top candidates. You will own the process from sourcing and screening to closing candidates, all while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake discussions to offer presentation.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
* Identify and engage talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, Linked In, Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
* Build and maintain pipelines for various roles.
* Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews to ensure skills and culture fit.
* Facilitate consistent hiring decisions and provide hiring managers with informed recommendations.
* Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and track basic recruiting metrics.
* Contribute to diversity and inclusion hiring efforts through inclusive sourcing and an equitable hiring process.
* Support employer branding through compelling job postings and professional candidate engagement.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

** Bachelor’s Degree.
*
* Experience:

** Zero to five years of recruiting or closely related experience, ideally at both an agency and in a corporate environment.
** Technical

Skills:

** Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency in Word is required.
