Payroll Customer Service Guide

About the Job

The primary responsibilities of the Payroll Customer Service Guide is to be the main resource for both internal and external staff regarding payroll inquiries. This includes managing an email inbox, phone calls, and interdepartmental relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all payroll inquiries and ensure requests are responded to within the appropriate Med Pro time guidelines
• Assist Payroll Team as needed i.e., time entry, following up on missing time, etc.
• Conduct welcome calls and emails for new employees and provide specific explanation of their timekeeping process
• Assist in employee maintenance projects (Terminations, new hires, rate changes, and PTO payouts)
• Effectively plan all daily activities to maximize productivity. Utilize reports, dashboards and views to organize and prioritize activities.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Payroll experience preferred
• ADP and Salesforce experience preferred
• Staffing Industry experience a plus!

Compensation

• $25 – $27 per hour plus 10% Bonus
• Weekly Pay
• Weekly Company-Wide Raffles based on production
