Internship - Human Resources

The Perryman Company is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated summer intern to join our HR team in 2027! The Human Resources Department works together in managing employee relations, recruiting processes, compliance, and more!

Key Accountabilities

• Assist the HR team with general administrative tasks, departmental projects, and day-to-day operations
• Support data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping using internal HR systems
• Contribute to ongoing HR projects by completing assigned tasks efficiently
• Gain exposure to HR systems (e.g., UKG) and company policies through hands‑on experience
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of general HR principles
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Proficient organizational and time management skills

Some college or better in Business Administration.

Some college or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.

Some college or better in Psychology.
