** HR Operations Associate

As the HR Operations Associate, you will help deliver accurate, efficient, and timely HR support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR colleagues, and employees, you will help ensure a seamless employee experience while supporting the day-to-day execution of key HR processes for our North American workforce.

**** What you’ll be doing:
*** Support HR transactional processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from pre-employment through offboarding
* Coordinate pre-employment background checks and support onboarding activities, including new hire data entry and updates in Workday
* Process employee and organizational updates in Workday, including supervisory organization, job role, position, and compensation changes
* Support employee offboarding, including processing separations and completing related system updates
* Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to HR CoEs and HR Business Partners
* Respond to employee and HR team requests with accuracy, timeliness, and a strong customer service focus
* Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
** What you’ll bring:
*** Demonstrated experience in transactional HR or HR operations, with strong time management and organizational skills
* Experience working with an HRIS;
Workday experience strongly preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset and sense of urgency
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and effectively manage changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to team success
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Experience with I-9 and E-Verify processes, HR or employee support ticketing systems (such as Workday Help or Service Now), and/or identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies preferred
** Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000**. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
