The Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process while serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations and hiring trends within the All Native Shared Services subsidiary. This role blends high-level sourcing and talent acquisition strategies with generalist duties to support business objectives across specific industry sectors.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

Essential Functions

• Recruitment & Sourcing:
  Executes full-cycle recruiting tasks, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define unique search strategies for our federla contracting staffing initiatives.
• Employee Relations:
  Acts as a consultant and advisor to partners and employees within assigned subsidiaries to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Pipeline Development:
  Proactively recruits passive candidates and develops ongoing pipelines through industry events, conferences, and diverse sourcing channels.
• Candidate Management:
  Leads candidate screening methodologies and utilizes closing techniques to guide partners and candidates through the offer and acceptance process.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Regularly updates recruiting systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data for business analysis and project tracking.

  Leads "scoping discussions" to kick off searches and deploy countermeasures when necessary to keep projects moving toward timely completion.

• Stress Management: High level of poise and professionalism when handling complex employee relations or high-volume hiring.

Supervisory Responsibility

None required for this position.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evening and weekend hours required as needed by the business.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day.

Experience and Education

• 3-7 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience desired.
• 2+ years of experience with federal contracting recruitment preferred.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.
