As part of our People team, you're part of helping to discover, develop and continuously improve our organizational talent. In this position, you will gain hands‑on experience in an entry‑level People role, supporting leaders and teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, or Corporate functions.
Business Partnership:
Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities, support day‑to‑day people needs, and help execute practical solutions that strengthen team performance. Talent & Employee
Experience:
Support core People initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and engagement. Data & Insights:
Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform recommendations for People and business leaders. Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that help simplify ways of working and strengthen People team impact across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree required; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred. Geographical and functional mobility required; open to future relocation and gaining experience across different People functions and U.S. locations. Background or interest in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferred but not required. Self‑motivated, ambitious, and driven to deliver results above expectations in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage multiple priorities, and stay agile through ambiguity, setbacks, and change.
