Kickstart your career in people operations as Lima One Capital's HR Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR - from payroll and compensation to employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR administration. Reporting directly to the SVP of HR and working alongside the entire HR team, you'll get an insider's view of how a growing company takes care of its most important asset: its people.

To top it off, you'll own a summer-long project that you'll present to Senior Leadership at the end of your internship - a chance to showcase your ideas and make a lasting impression. If you're passionate about building great workplaces and eager to learn by doing, this is the opportunity for you.

• Support in the planning and facilitation of employee orientation programs and company events
• Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Support data collection and analysis for compensation benchmarking initiatives
• Contribute to HR Operations functions, such as onboarding, I-9 verification process, and payroll
• Assists in the development, creation, and roll‑out of manager training and other training initiatives
• Participate in competitor analysis, career fair research, and employer branding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Partner with HR and leadership on total rewards and benefits design
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Other duties related to HR functions, as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Location: Onsite in Greenville, SC. Join us in our thoughtfully designed headquarters in the heart of downtown Greenville (parking is paid for!). Housing assistance available for qualified individuals.
• Duration: 11 weeks - Monday, May 17th to Friday, July 30th, 2027
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Pay: All our interns are paid for the work they perform, hourly rate dependent on position
