Part-time Client Audit Associate

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Audit Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help coordinate and host client audits, ensuring each client has a professional, welcoming, and well-organized experience. Working closely with internal teams, you will anticipate client needs, respond to questions, coordinate audit logistics, and help ensure the audit process runs smoothly from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working directly with clients, and is comfortable problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed while managing multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

Lauren is a graduate of Calvin University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Mathematics. Her passions of working closely with people and motivating them to develop their potential led to a career in human resources. With over 20 years in the profession, Lauren has held a variety of leadership positions including general management, compensation and benefits specialist, and recruitment coordinator within healthcare and related industries.
