About the Role

The Recruitment Consultant - US (Remote) manages the full recruiting lifecycle for client hiring needs, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection support, and candidate closing. The role develops proactive recruitment strategies, builds strong talent pipelines, and delivers qualified candidates while maintaining strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer performance.

This position serves as a consultative partner to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Key areas include competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, interview coordination, compensation discussions, RPO and client relationship management, applicant tracking system reporting, and ongoing management of active recruiting pipelines.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and ongoing bench management.
  • Anticipate client hiring needs and hiring manager preferences while supporting strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Develop creative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
  • Present qualified talent for open positions and address objections that arise during the hiring process.
  • Consult with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation, and recruitment processes while focusing on client needs and added value.
  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Support a positive candidate experience across sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommendation, and hiring stages.
  • Meet weekly and monthly candidate submission and hiring goals.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data, recruiting reports, and related administrative records.
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Proven ability to successfully perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, candidate negotiation, and candidate closing.
  • Experience delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience executing recruitment strategies and working within RPO and client relationship environments.

Required Skills

  • Ability to develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies for identifying active and passive candidates.
  • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to manage recruiting pipelines continuously and confidently communicate pipeline status to others.
  • Strong client focus with the ability to consult with hiring managers on candidate selection, compensation, and recruiting processes.
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance expectations and recruiting goals while applying feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Strong time prioritization skills with the flexibility to adapt when priorities and direction change.
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a recruiting team and support open collaboration.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to maintain accurate ATS data, recruiting reports, and related administrative information.
