Lucy Rx is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to support our Las Vegas operations. Based in our Las Vegas office five days per week, this role is the day-to-day HR partner for four culinary pharmacies and our local PBM operational staff. The HR Generalist owns Luminary onboarding, recruits and interviews local pharmacy and pharmacy support talent, manages employee relations matters, rolls out enterprise HR initiatives locally, and serves as the first point of contact for Luminaries with tier one benefit questions.

The role also partners with our local clients to help implement operational changes as they arise. This position reports to the Director, Human Resources.

** Role And Responsibilities
*** Manage the full onboarding experience for new Luminaries in the Las Vegas market, including orientation, new hire paperwork, systems access, and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
* Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and interview local pharmacy and pharmacy support candidates; coordinate interview logistics and guide candidates through offer and pre-employment steps.
* Handle employee relations matters, including intake, investigation, documentation, and resolution; escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Director, Human Resources.
* Roll out enterprise HR initiatives, programs, and policy changes at the local level, ensuring consistent communication and adoption across sites.
* Serve as the first point of contact for Luminaries on tier one benefits questions, resolving routine inquiries and escalating to the benefits team as needed.
* Provide onsite HR support to four culinary pharmacies and local PBM operational staff, maintaining a visible, accessible presence five days per week.
* Partner with local clients to understand and help implement operational changes affecting staffing, scheduling, and site workflows.
* Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and day-to-day people practices.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including Nevada-specific requirements.
* Support engagement, recognition, and retention efforts, and provide HR reporting and insight on local trends.

** Qualifications And Education Requirements
*** 2–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience supporting a multi-site or operational workforce.
* Working knowledge of employee relations practices, onboarding, full-cycle recruiting, and benefits administration fundamentals.
* Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment law, including Nevada wage and hour requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with frontline staff, managers, and clients.
* Highly organized self-starter able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites with limited direct supervision.
* Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work onsite in the Las Vegas office five days per week and travel up to 5%.
** Preferences
* ** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, not required).
* HR experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or PBM environments.
* Experience supporting hourly, shift-based, or clinical work forces.
* PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification.
* Bilingual English/Spanish.
