Job Description ## Work at IXOBring your experience in employment and labor law to IXO’s paid AI evaluation work. You will turn specialist knowledge into clear examples, carefully reasoned assessments and corrections that help measure the quality of model responses.## Responsibilities
* Build fact patterns covering recruitment, dismissal, compensation disputes, harassment and benefits.
* Check model reasoning against FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII and the applicable state rules; identify missing authority or misapplied precedent.
* Assess contract terms, HR policies and regulatory guidance for legally accurate interpretation.
* Write reference explanations and actionable corrections for employment-law analyses.## Experience and expertiseA JD and current admission in at least one US jurisdiction are required, together with at least four years focused on employment or labor law. Experience may involve representing employers or employees. Bring detailed statutory and case-law knowledge plus practical experience with workplace investigations, HR advice or employment litigation.

Clear legal writing and careful analysis of complex facts are essential.## Working arrangements and payPlan for 15–25 hours weekly and an initial commitment of at least six months, with the actual start and working schedule agreed before acceptance. Eligible locations: USA, UK, Canada. Compensation is $85 - $140/hr USD. The agreed rate and delivery expectations will be confirmed before work begins.##
