This role will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders and employees to foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 - $83600

• Lead and support key HR programs that ensure a compliant and high- performing work environment
• Partner on strategic projects that address business challenges and enhance the employee experience
• Use workforce data to anticipate hiring needs and support smart, timely talent decisions
• Support a strong talent pipeline through effective recruiting, onboarding, and development processes
• Help implement meaningful total rewards strategies to attract, recognize, and retain talent
• Deliver engaging, compliant employee benefits communications that empower informed decisions
• Champion career growth through performance management and learning initiatives

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast- paced environment
• Experience coordinating HR programs and processes, from recruitment to performance management
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving conflicts and supporting employee engagement initiatives
