Entry Level Recruiter to join our Miami office.

This is an exciting entry‑level opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a successful career in recruitment. As an Associate Recruiter, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with talented legal professionals across the U.S. market.

Working alongside experienced recruiters, you will play a key role in supporting leading law firms with their hiring needs while guiding candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.

This is a highly relationship‑focused, candidate‑facing role that offers structured training, career development, and the opportunity to become a specialist within the legal recruitment sector.

• Identify and engage high‑caliber legal professionals across the United States
• Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and legal candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach through calls, networking, and market research
• Assess candidate experience, skills, and career goals
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
• Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems and databases
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to support client requirements
• Develop expertise within the legal recruitment market

• Recent graduate with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment

No prior recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided.
