Talent Acquisition Specialist View

Ori Loan is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help recruit motivated loan officers in California and Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, outreach, recruiting, and building relationships with candidates interested in mortgage lending.

• Source and contact potential loan officer candidates.
• Post and manage job listings across relevant recruiting platforms.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline records in CRM.
• Help improve recruiting messages and outreach scripts.
• Support onboarding communication for new loan officers.

• Recruiting scripts and training.
• CRM and workflow support.
• Opportunity to grow with a modern mortgage business.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Interest in recruiting, sales, mortgage, real estate, or fintech.
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable with outreach.
• Experience with Linked In, job boards, or CRM tools is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
