Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Manager, HRIS & US HR Operations. This position is based in Buffalo, NY.

The Manager, HRIS & U.S. HR Operations is responsible for overseeing HR technology operations, HR site support, workforce compliance, travel administration, policy documentation, U.S. reporting, and other HR operational activities across Lactalis USA. Serving as the primary operational leader for HR systems and support, this role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery to local HR teams across the organization.

The Manager leads workforce compliance governance, including HR compliance reporting across all U.S. entities, and partners closely with the HR Technology & Transformation team to support change management, system implementations, and technology rollouts. This role plays a key part in optimizing HR processes, strengthening operational consistency, and enabling effective use of HR technology across the business.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

HRIS & US HR Operations Leadership

• Lead the HRIS & US HR Operations function to ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent delivery of HR technology support, workforce administration services, and operational guidance across all Lactalis USA locations. Provide leadership, coaching, workload prioritization, and performance support for the HRIS & US HR Operations Analyst, and US HR Operations Intern, while serving as the primary escalation point for site HR teams on complex HRIS, workforce administration, compliance, and operational support matters.

Service Delivery, Process Improvement & Documentation

• Manage the HRIS support model, including service delivery standards, inquiry management, support metrics, training resources, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with HR business leaders and site HR teams to identify operational challenges, improve user support, standardize processes, and streamline or automate HR operational work to reduce administrative burden and improve compliance and service quality.
