** Role Overview:
** The
** Senior Manager, Total Rewards
** is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of total rewards and payroll programs that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement, attraction, and retention. This role oversees key areas of compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs, while ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with market trends and business needs.
** How You’ll Make an Impact:
*** Develop and execute a total rewards strategy aligned with business and talent goals.
* Provide insights on market trends and opportunities to strengthen total rewards programs.
* Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition programs.
* Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, sales compensation, market pricing, and annual compensation reviews.
* Conduct market analysis to support competitive pay, internal equity, and informed decision-making.
* Partner with HR, Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Legal to support accurate payroll and total rewards administration, communication, and compliance.
* Lead benefits administration, including health and wellness, retirement, open enrollment, COBRA, FMLA, ESTA, and 401(k) plans.
* Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
* Use data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify attraction, retention, and engagement trends.
* Prepare reports and recommendations for HR and business leaders on total rewards strategies and outcomes.
* Ensure total rewards programs comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
* Communicate program value clearly to employees and leaders.
* Manage external compensation and benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
* Support equity compensation, long-term incentive plans, and retention-focused rewards initiatives.
* Lead, coach, and develop team members supporting total rewards administration.
