** As a member of the Leave of Absence (LOA) team, the Associate Leave of Absence Analyst provides LOA expertise and the administration of LOA requests to Tri Net customers, WSEs and internal Tri Net teams. They collaborate with all our internal teams to assess LOA inquiries and research, perform root cause analysis, and determine resolution for the best outcome for both Tri Net and the customer.

* What you will do:

*** Assists internal and external clients and worksite employees with general LOA inquiries via phone, chat, email or case, regarding LOA life cycle, regulatory and compliance, and navigation to available resources
* Performs initial research for cases, documents appropriately and resolves low to mid-level complexity daily tasks, escalating to other internal expertise as appropriate
* Performs administrative tasks including but not limited to routing of Salesforce items
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Complies with all policies and standards
** Education Qualifications
*** General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred
* Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) certification preferred
** Experience Qualifications
*** Typically < 2 years General LOA knowledge preferred
*
* Skills and Abilities

*** Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including but not limited to Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel (Intermediate proficiency)
