Entry-Level Human Resources Associate

• Organize and host company events
• Maintain records and communication in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Engage with prospective employees and recruiting platforms
• Assist with employee onboarding
• Support new hires through benefit enrollment
• Reconcile benefit elections and carrier connections
• Promote employee benefit and wellness programs
• Assist with payroll processes and provide backupto payroll staff
• Other duties as assigned

• Abilityto maintain confidentiality and work within deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interpersonal,virtual, and telephone communication skills
• MSOffice experience to include Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
