Are you a recent Human Resources graduate ready to build practical experience across the full employee lifecycle? Join Civmec's HR Graduate Program and gain hands on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and workforce operations while supporting major projects across Australia.

This is more than a traditional graduate role. You'll work alongside experienced HR and recruitment professionals, supporting the attraction, engagement and mobilisation of both blue collar and white collar talent across diverse projects and business functions.

The Role What You'll Do
  • End to end recruitment for skilled trade labour, professional and corporate roles
  • Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
  • Preparing employment contracts and job offers
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
  • Employee mobilisation to major construction, maintenance and shutdown projects
  • Supporting workforce planning and recruitment campaigns
  • HR administration and employee records management
  • Exposure to learning and development initiatives
  • Employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding
  • HR systems, reporting and compliance activities
  • Partnering with hiring managers and operational teams to meet workforce demand

About You

We're looking for people who are:

  • Recent graduates or in their final year of a Human Resources, Business or related degree

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
