Job Description # Project Coordinator - ENT
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum of
** 2 years of experience
** in project coordination, project management, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce planning, or a related field.
* Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Workday Recruiting, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.
* Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience creating reports, tracking project status, and maintaining project documentation.
* Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site, regional, or global recruiting initiatives.
* Experience partnering with RPO providers, recruiting vendors, HR Technology teams, or People Analytics teams.
* Familiarity with Lean, Agile, PMP, A3 problem-solving, daily management systems, or related project management methodologies.
* Experience with recruiting marketing, talent intelligence, workforce planning, market mapping, or candidate attraction strategies.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements without direct authority.
