Aboutthe Role
The Employee Relations Manager is critical to achieving this focus. In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the Director in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures.
What You Bring to This Role- Passion and expertise in employee relations
- A desire to help others become the best they can be while managing a healthy work/life balance
- Ability to be both a team member and a thought leader
- Two years' experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization preferred, or equivalent education and experience
- Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
