Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
Position Summary:The Human Resource Business Partner is a generalist with a heavy emphasis on workforce development, and employee relations. The Human Resources Business Partner II is the go-to person for all employee-related issues.
Program SpecificEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Consults with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning
- Identifies training needs for teams and individuals
- Nurtures a positive work environment.
- Ensures legal compliance throughout HR Management.
Education Requirements:
One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the position:
Education And Experience:- BA/BS in affiliated field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and operations, increasing HR responsibilities
