Colonial Downs Group (CDG) is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations in Henrico, VA. You will handle record-keeping, HRIS entries, onboarding, licensing, benefits, and employee relations to ensure smooth workforce administration.
Compensation is $17 per hour. The role requires a High School diploma and at least three years of HR or related experience;
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Travel is limited and occasional visits to other properties may be required.
