• Consult, design, develop, configure, and deploy SharePoint and other Microsoft solutions
• Communicate advanced knowledge of the Office 365 collaboration stack, including SharePoint, One Drive, and Teams
• Interface with clients to understand business goals and provide recommendations for enhancing collaboration and productivity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in modern workplace solutions

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or 5+ years of comparable experience
• Advanced knowledge of Office 365 collaboration stack and experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Teams
• Proficiency in Power Shell and relevant Microsoft technology modules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to travel as needed for project requirements

• Experience working for a technology consulting firm or software product company
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure platform, including Entra
• Experience with all aspects of a Modern Intranet, from design to implementation
• Understanding of the Microsoft VIVA suite
