• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies
• Support design, development, and testing activities for client solutions
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, and program initiatives
• Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles
• Provide mentorship and training to enhance team capabilities

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Appian solutions
• At least 5 years of related IT experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively

• Experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)
• Knowledge of data management and visualization/BI tools
• Experience in Dev Sec Ops  or configuration management
• Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
