We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance—where reliability, security, and performance are paramount.

Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Quality Assurance Engineer – Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Engineer – Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

  • Serves as a lead technical expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise‑level quality assurance strategies for C2

    ISR prototype systems across all platforms.
  • Leads the development and enforcement of comprehensive system quality criteria, process standards, and quality management systems across the entire system development lifecycle.
  • Architects and oversees the creation of advanced system verification and validation frameworks, integrating hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) testing, model‑based quality analysis, and automated system validation tools.
  • Drives detailed evaluations of system constraints, software characteristics, and hardware performance capabilities across diverse technological environments to ensure mission readiness and compliance with C2

    ISR standards.
  • Provides expert system quality insights that drive continuous technological optimization and enhance mission readiness across the C2

    ISR enterprise by identifying systemic issues and advocating for design improvements.
  • Mentors junior and journeyman QA engineers on advanced system quality methodologies, process audits, and best practices for continuous quality improvement in C2

    ISR system development and integration.
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple high‑impact system quality assurance assignments, guiding system quality initiatives, and contributing to the strategic evolution of C2

    ISR system quality management processes.
  • Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools:
    Task Order portal;
    Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project;
    Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems;
    Service Now;
    Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows;
    SharePoint libraries;
    Confluence;
    Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; eMass, Archer GRC; internal audit portals;
    Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control;
    Power BI with R/Python integration;
    Tableau; predictive analytics engines;
    Teams;
    Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
  • Utilize the following role‑specific tools:
    Microsoft Word;
    Excel;
    SharePoint;
    Confluence;
    Jira;
    Service Now; QA tracking systems; statistical analysis tools.
Qualifications Required qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with a BS/BA degree or 4 years’ experience with a MS/MA or 2 years’ experience with a PhD, or 10 years without a degree, or 8 years AS/AA.
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level.
  • US citizenship required.
Desired Qualifications
  • DoD‑approved IA baseline certification for ADP‑III/IT‑III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

  • On‑site expectations:
    Full‑time on‑site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking.
  • Travel:
    May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments.
