Senior Compliance Consultant

• Assist in developing and standardizing service offerings aligned with industry trends
• Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement
• Collaboratively develop policies and procedures for customers to facilitate adherence to compliance requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in balancing operational requirements with compliance needs
• Author and augment compliance‑related documents and educational materials for customers

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with various compliance standards, including CMMC, NIST 800‑53, and HIPAA
• Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field preferred
• At least 2 certifications in relevant areas (e.g., security, compliance, project management)
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft capabilities supporting Compliance within Azure and Office 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, cloud security, and Microsoft compliance tools
• Proven ability to deliver and communicate project outcomes effectively
• Motivation to build and maintain a reputation as a trusted advisor
