Senior Partner Specialist, MSP

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries related to the MSP program, product, and processes
• Support MSP partners across regions and time zones, ensuring operational consistency and scalability globally
• Own day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of partner workflows to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and activation
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to fulfill partner needs
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MSP workflows

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, operations, or implementation roles
• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology environment in a partner‑facing, customer success, or go‑to‑market function
• Strong operational mindset with demonstrated experience in executing and improving operational workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements for increased efficiency and scalability

• Experience working with technology, cybersecurity, or IT‑focused products
