- Develop Demand Opportunities:
Create demand for Technology Lifecycle Services, including identifying potential clients and progressing opportunities to close. - Promote Services Portfolio:
Promote a range of services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor (non-IBM) Hardware and Software products, to clients and prospects. - Progress Sales Opportunities:
Progress sales opportunities through the sales cycle, working to close deals and meet sales targets. - Deliver Solution Information:
Provide information about Technology Lifecycle Services solutions to clients, helping them understand the value proposition and how it can meet their needs. - Collaborate with Clients:
Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring effective delivery of Technology Lifecycle Services.
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise- Technology Lifecycle Services Acumen:
Experience with Technology Lifecycle Services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor Hardware and Software, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs. - Multivendor Hardware and Software Support Knowledge:
Familiarity with Support Services for Non-IBM Hardware and Software, enabling the development of effective sales strategies and solutions that cater to diverse client requirements. - IBM Systems Infrastructure Expertise:
Understanding of IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, allowing for the creation of targeted sales efforts and solutions that address specific client needs and drive revenue growth. - Experience selling into SLED and/or Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts
- Familiarity with IT Services:
Exposure to Technology Lifecycle Services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor (non-IBM) Hardware and Software products, is beneficial. - Understanding of Multivendor Support:
Familiarity with multivendor infrastructure services, including support for Cisco products, Servers, Storage, Software, Network, and Security, is advantageous. - Knowledge of Sales Tools:
Exposure to sales tools and methodologies used to promote and sell Technology Lifecycle Services is desirable.
