• Administer, develop, and optimize the Net Suite ERP environment

• Design and implement Suite Scripts, Suite Flow workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports

• Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Akeneo, Boomi, Hub Spot, Logicbroker, SPS Commerce, and Zapier

• Collaborate with Finance teams to support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness

• Improve ERP automation, operational workflows, and overall data quality

• Troubleshoot system issues and manage Net Suite updates, releases, and sandbox testing

• Translate business requirements into scalable Net Suite ERP solutions

• Support and train internal users to maximize system adoption and operational efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve ERP performance and streamline business processes

• Work onsite with company leadership and cross-functional departments in Hickory, Kentucky

• 8+ years of Net Suite development and administration experience

• Advanced expertise with Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, Suite Talk, and Suite Billing

• Strong experience with Net Suite customization, workflows, automation, dashboards, saved searches, and reporting

• Proven success in integrating Net Suite with third-party platforms and middleware solutions

• Strong SQL and JavaScript development skills

• Experience with Oracle databases and Net Suite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)

• Solid understanding of financial systems, including GL, AR/AP, procurement, and revenue recognition

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Experience building scalable ERP solutions in fast-growing organizations is preferred
