Are you a highly motivated individual with exceptional technical skills? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, problem solving, and helping others? Apply to join our team as In‑House Security Tech Support! You’ll work for a growing, family‑owned company that has been providing Canadians with locally based service for over 100 years.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Next Level Support Team providing tier 2 support to our clients and internal teams, as well as subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff of Wilson’s Security
  • Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Remotely troubleshoot an array of products and services with clients as well as technicians and subcontractors, answering any questions that may arise
  • Resolve client concerns and make recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function
  • Remote software management including code and user updates, schedule management, configuration settings, etc.
  • Manage work orders assigned to the NLS queue to ensure they are actioned in a timely manner
  • Work within client’s 3rd party ticketing systems for work order management
  • Process system activations including GSM
  • Maintain positive relationships with our clients, team, and subcontractors
  • Work professionally under pressure
  • Other projects as required
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with in‑depth knowledge of cameras, access control, and intrusion systems
  • IT Helpdesk experience an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a full‑time, permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Our office is in the Burnside Industrial Park and the hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
