The successful candidate will be a key member of our Next Level Support Team providing tier 2 support to our clients and internal teams, as well as subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff of Wilson’s Security
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Remotely troubleshoot an array of products and services with clients as well as technicians and subcontractors, answering any questions that may arise
- Resolve client concerns and make recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function
- Remote software management including code and user updates, schedule management, configuration settings, etc.
- Manage work orders assigned to the NLS queue to ensure they are actioned in a timely manner
- Work within client’s 3rd party ticketing systems for work order management
- Process system activations including GSM
- Maintain positive relationships with our clients, team, and subcontractors
- Work professionally under pressure
- Other projects as required
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with in‑depth knowledge of cameras, access control, and intrusion systems
- IT Helpdesk experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a full‑time, permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Our office is in the Burnside Industrial Park and the hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
