• Managing the installation of security solutions, ensuring efficient delivery from the time of accepted quotation to successful fulfillment in accordance with job scope and client needs.
• Review and careful interpretation of project needs, monitoring compliance with Wilsons and Industry standards.
• Supporting the technical team in understanding of project needs and providing team leadership for issue resolution by working with the appropriate team members and supervisors.
• Maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, including project scheduling, managing client expectations, oversight of on‑site technical work and client training.
• Ensuring clear and concise documentation of execution as it pertains to scope, change orders, notes, etc.
• Ongoing development of personal technical and industry knowledge to provide high‑quality and value security solutions.

• Organization and time management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of computers (i.e.: Microsoft Office)
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
• Able to prioritize workload in a fast‑paced work environment
• Detail‑oriented
• Proven skills in conflict resolution
• Eager to learn & effective team player
• Demonstrated experience in a technical environment
• Knowledge and understanding of security systems is an asset
• PMPCertification is considered an asset

This is a full‑time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Positions are being filled in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is an in‑office role.
